www.appel67.com is committed to delivering a quality product.
If you unfortunately are not satisfied with a product or the garment does not fit, then the article can always be returned.
When a garment is purchased through the webshop, it can only be exchanged by post (not in the shop in Amsterdam).
You need to take the following into account:
a. The product should not be worn or washed.
b. The product must not be damaged.
c. You may not have tried to repair any defect yourself.
d. The instructions and / or product information are followed.
e. All original labels must not be removed or moved.
Return Conditions:
a. The article is, on the day of receipt, to be inspected for any defects, imperfections or damage. If any occur these should be reported to us by mail the same day. Articles with an error, imperfection or any damage that are returned to us, without making an immediate notification after receiving, can not be accepted.
b. Within 7 working days after receiving the article, you must fill in and send us the return form.
c. After receiving your return confirmation, the article itself must be returned to us within 7 working days.
d. Without the completed return form, the returned article will not be accepted.
e. The cost of returning goods are for own account. Return Address:

f. You are responsible for the returned items. We therefore advise you to only send the items as registered via TNT Post. For more information go to www.TNT.nl.
g. Only when we have received the returned items in good order, we can proceed to refund the purchase price. The costs of the return shipment are the sole responsibility of the sender.
The return shipment will be confirmed by email after proper receipt.
The refund will also be confirmed by email. We will instruct the bank / credit card company to return the amount to your bankaccount. Please take the processing time of the bank and / or creditcard company into account.
