Bernard Bouhnik is the owner and the creative mind behind Metal Pointu's. Bernard is a true family man and father of a large family. He began his career in 1988. He was inspired by his world travels which dispalys the ethnic feel in his collection. Near Les Halles it all happened, all trendsetting was done here. Bernard found a space where he brought out his first designs. They were all very original and attractive, but actually too heavy to wear. in 1989 Bernard met a person who made a big change to his jewelry and designs. A metal worker gave him the idea of working with tin and using it as a base for his designs. Tin is light, allergy free and easy to process and combine. Then the elements were heavily silvered. The brand Metal Pointu's was born!

The collection is characterized by a combination of feminine and tough qualities. In the heart of Paris he has his studion where he designs his collection; every piece is unique. The extensive collection of necklaces, bracelets and rings is also made by hand in Paris; in his own factory.
