Alain Appelboom is the owner of www.appel67.com and the clothes shop of the same name in the core of 'the Pijp-area', close to the Albert Cuyp market in the centre of Amsterdam. With Appel67 he expresses his love for thrilling patterns and prints, special designs and styles, beautiful materials and craftsmanship in fashion. His wife Juul, his muse, worked for International designers for years and therefore lived in Bali, Ibiza,  Tokyo, and London. In 2002 Alain switched from a career in the production of parties and catering to his true love: fashion, and started Appel67.

For Juul and Alain the purchasing and producing of clothes and accessories hold no more secrets. Together they consistently build on the concept of Appel67. where timeless quality is key. Both the women's and men's assortment, with labels such as Drykorn, Ted Baker and Collection PRC, bear testimony of that.
